We are seeking a few more non-profits to support at the events dates listed below. We are also seeking more businesses to advertise at our events, on our website pages and on the 5000 street flyers.

For now we have 3 more event dates open to support a non-profit at the Stl Arts & Laughs  Events.  

Each non-profit will receive a percentage of the tickets sold for the show they are listed on. 

 We have Show #2, #3 and #4 open for that opportunity.

  1. Your business logo can be added to the the 5000 Street Flyers we'll put out in the community and on this website page with a link to your business web link of choice.  Advertisement Cost $25
  2. You will receive all listed above and a poster size banner at the event if you want to sponsor a show.  Advertisement Cost $100
  3. You will receive all listed above, 2 poster size banners if you want to sponsor a show and have your banner advertised in the community when we put out the flyers.  Advertisement Cost $250

There will be 5 weeks of competing for one of the 5 spots to place 1st and 2nd to be in the $100,000 "SHOW ME FUNNY" COMEDY FESTIVAL,  June 13-17, 2022. The festival will run for 3 weeks from June 13 - July 3. Here are the "SHOW ME FUNNY" break downs:


  • WEEK #1 - 100 Comedians compete for the next rounds
  • WEEK #2 - 50 Comedians compete for the next rounds
  • WEEK #3 - Workshops, Training Sessions, over 350 Vendors/Meet & Greet Events and Comedy Competition Finals & GUINNESS WORLD RECORD EVENT

STL Arts & Laughs - Rules and Prizes for 2022

COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • COMICS ARE FREE TO DO THEIR STYLES  OF COMEDY AT THESE EVENTS
  • IF YOU ARE A CLEAN COMEDY COMEDIAN, THE MARCH 31 DATE IS SET UP FOR CLEAN COMEDY ONLY
  • PRELIMINARY ROUNDS BEGINS AT 7:00PM
  • UP TO 10 COMICS COMPETE FOR 1 SPOT EACH NIGHT 
  • TIME: 4-6 MINUTES TO PERFORM (More time may be given if less than 10 comics sign up.) 
  • COMICS CAN NOT SIGN UP ON EVENT DATE
  • IF YOU ARE THE 2 WINNERS PLEASE REVIEW RULES & REGULATIONS FOR THE "SHOW ME FUNNY" COMEDY COMPETITION

EACH 1ST PLACE WINNER OF THE PRELIMINARY ROUNDS WILL WIN:

  •  $150 to the 1st place winner's of each preliminary round of the STL Arts & Laughs Comedy Competition


THE 1st & 2nd PRIZE WINNERS OF THE FINAL ROUND WILL WIN:

  •  Registration Fee will be covered for the "SHOW ME FUNNY" COMEDY FESTIVAL  
  •  Travel Expenses will be covered for the "SHOW ME FUNNY" COMEDY FESTIVAL ( If the winner(s) is from the St. Louis area a Gas Card will be issued to get to and from the events. )
  •  Hotel Expenses will be covered  
  •  2 days of Vendor Fees will be covered  
  • Artwork of the winning Contestants in the form of Sketched Art of that winner.  

The Artist doing the Sketched Artwork is Erik Shelton. 


Prizes For Winner who place 3rd and below:

  • Each contestant will get their membership fee paid for The Comedy Movement.
  • Each contestant will have a locked-in spot for the 2023 STL Arts & Laughs Comedy Competition.
  • If the contestant is available he/she will have first choice of being a Host or Featured Guest at the "SHOW ME FUNNY" COMEDY FESTIVAL

The Registration Fee for a contestant is $10, CLICK HERE

The vendor fee is $50 and you must contact the Real World Banquet Hall for payment arrangement at 314-640-4716. 


  • Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
  • Each ticket holder will receive (1) raffle ticket for our QuikTrip Gift Card.

SHOW #6 location and date may have to move to a different location due to the size of the first 5 rounds location. If the space is needed we will make the announcement here on the website and on our Facebook Event Page.
